What is the cost?

Can the Landlord evict me?
The landlord's duty under section 11 is to provide a safe, habitable home. if they are not providing this, you have the right to put forward a claim. The landlord cannot evict under a section 11 claim as this is seen as a retaliatory eviction
How long will this take?
